This policy explains how Kinjin Sticker handles personal information when you use our app and website. We process only what is needed to provide the service, keep it secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information we process
Depending on the features you use, we may process:
- Account and profile data: phone number, email address, third-party sign-in identifier, display name, profile image, and session status.
- Stickers and media: images you import, sticker packs you create, tags, and group information. Editing stays on your device by default. Content is uploaded to our cloud service only when you choose cross-device sync.
- AI processing: when you choose an AI effect, the selected image, prompt, model, and style settings are sent to generate the result. Failed inputs and completed temporary outputs are cleared through the service workflow.
- Purchases and entitlements: subscription status, store transaction identifiers, entitlements, and usage records. We do not receive full payment card details.
- Device and operations data: device identifier, operating system and app versions, network address, login session, and necessary error and security logs.
2. How we use information
- Create and manage accounts and provide editing, keyboard, sync, and AI features.
- Verify purchases, calculate entitlements, and restore subscriptions.
- Protect accounts, services, and data; troubleshoot failures; and prevent abuse.
- Respond to support requests and comply with applicable law.
3. Permissions and device access
Kinjin Sticker asks for photo, camera, file, or network access only when you use a related feature. You can revoke access in system settings, although that feature may stop working. The keyboard extension reads only content you deliberately save to the shared sticker library. It does not record what you type in other apps.
4. Service providers
We may ask providers of cloud storage and delivery, AI processing, account sign-in, and app-store payments to process information needed for their service. They may use it only under our instructions and their applicable policies. App stores such as Apple independently handle purchase and sign-in data under their own terms.
5. Retention, deletion, and international processing
We retain service data while your account exists. Temporary generation material and operational logs are kept only as long as needed for the feature or security. You can sign out in the app and email support to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account and related data. After identity verification, we process the request within the period required by applicable law. Transaction or security records that must be retained by law are deleted when that period ends.
When a provider operates outside your region, we use contractual, security, and access-control safeguards required by applicable law.
6. Security and children
We use transport encryption, access controls, and least-privilege practices, but no online service can promise absolute security. Kinjin Sticker is not directed to children below the applicable age of digital consent. Contact us if you believe a child provided information without a guardian’s consent.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our features or legal obligations change. The date on this page will be updated, and material changes affecting your rights will be communicated in the app or by another appropriate method.
